At Mothercare PLC, I worked as a Senior Web & UX Designer, responsible for creating and delivering digital content and user experiences aligned with commercial trading, brand campaigns, and seasonal retail strategies.
I produced a wide range of graphic and HTML-based digital assets, including page layouts, site themes, promotional banners, and campaign content in line with briefs from the Head of Trading (H&T) team. My work directly supported key retail moments such as new season launches, brand campaigns, and online store updates.
I designed and developed concepts for site changes and new digital initiatives, ensuring that all output aligned with both brand guidelines and commercial objectives. I also collaborated closely with the design team to analyse content performance and continuously optimise future designs based on user engagement and trading results.
In addition to hands-on design work, I supported planning and coordination with the Graphic Design Manager and trading teams to ensure efficient resource allocation and timely delivery of digital assets across multiple campaigns.
