At Tropical Marine Centre, I lead and manage the company’s digital commerce ecosystem, ensuring our online platforms, internal systems, and B2B infrastructure operate efficiently while driving sustainable sales growth across existing and emerging markets.
I oversee the complete e-commerce technology stack, building, maintaining, and continuously improving the systems that support both customers and internal teams. This includes managing our Magento / Adobe Commerce platforms, dealer portal, internal IT systems, and wider B2B digital infrastructure to ensure seamless integration, performance, and scalability.
Working closely with external development agencies, I coordinate platform architecture, technical enhancements, and strategic upgrades to keep our digital operations future-ready. I also take ownership of product data management, maintaining the quality, accuracy, and consistency of over 2,700+ SKUs across multiple channels.
A key part of my role is developing and executing digital sales strategies that generate measurable growth. I analyse sales performance data, identify trends, forecast opportunities, and recommend actions that improve commercial performance.
I manage and optimise our Klaviyo email marketing ecosystem, creating high-performing campaigns that include customer segmentation, automated transactional flows, and targeted promotions. All mailing lists and customer data processes are managed in line with GDPR compliance standards.
In addition, I create engaging digital assets for promotions, including graphics, video content, and interactive media, while collaborating with the marketing and branding teams to align e-commerce activity with broader campaigns and social media initiatives.
Customer experience is also central to my role, where I provide responsive digital support, helping resolve customer issues quickly and professionally.
Above all, I stay at the forefront of evolving e-commerce trends, technologies, and digital sales innovations to ensure Tropical Marine Centre remains competitive, efficient, and growth-focused.
