At Zone 404 Ltd, I worked as a Project Manager and UX Designer, combining leadership, design, development, and client delivery responsibilities across a wide range of digital projects.

My role covered the full lifecycle of web projects — from user experience planning and interface design through to front-end development, content management, reporting, and team coordination. I was responsible for ensuring projects were delivered on time, to specification, and aligned with client objectives.

I worked across UX/UI design, website creation, CMS management, and front-end implementation using HTML5, CSS3, and jQuery, while also producing both front-end and back-end visual assets using Photoshop and Dreamweaver.

Alongside delivery work, I managed SEO performance and website optimisation using tools such as Google Analytics and Webmaster Tools, helping clients improve visibility, technical standards, and overall site effectiveness.

A key part of the role involved leading a team of five IT specialists, including programmers, web designers, and site builders, coordinating workloads and maintaining delivery standards across multiple simultaneous projects.
